Steel Valley Regional Transit Authority currently operates three (3) fixed bus routes, one flexible service route, as well as a demand response ParaTransit service designed to meet the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.

Two (2) of the fixed routes operate exclusively within the City of Steubenville. The third fixed route provides service in the Village of Mingo Junction with connections to Steubenville, OH and Weirton, WV.

Our flexible service route operates in the Village of Wintersville with connections to Steubenville at the Fort Steuben Mall. Contact us 24 hours in advance to schedule your pick-up!

ParaTransit services are provided in Steubenville and the Village of Mingo Junction. Scheduling is required on a first come, first serve basis.
